When you choose Succession First as your adviser firm, you join our Privacy and Client Care Program. Our Privacy policy and Privacy Statement has been designed to ensure your risk management issues are kept in line with your ever-changing needs and circumstances and in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Risk Management Reviews: Annually, you will be given the opportunity to review your personal, family and business risks via an e-mail from us with an updated schedule of your policies and benefits. This will normally coincide with your chosen Review Date and we will invite you to schedule an appointment so we can go over these together.
This consultation should be conducted in our offices and for that reason will be free of charge. It will cover the following:1. A strategic review of last year’s activity and an update of your current personal and business circumstances, aspirations and needs, and2. A revision of all insurance products in force, and covering those risks that were previously not acceptable at the time of inception and any other related documentation.As part of our Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement you are encouraged to contact us at any time during the year should you wish to discuss your insurance or investment policies. Administrative Services: Our Service also extends to ongoing administrative assistance, where necessary. On your behalf, we are pleased to directly handle or to liaise with your legal, accounting, or administrative professionals, such as trustees, relating to:• Outdated Wills• Business Buy/Sell or Liquidation Agreements• Enduring Power of Attorney documentation• Family Trust, trustee matters• General Estate Planning• Document ownership changes, e.g. insurance policies.• Alterations to Insurance Policies.• Personal and family Insurance claims – in the event of disability, illness or death. At any time we can provide you with detail regarding your Policy benefits, and will happily provide a Policy printout or updated Policy Schedule upon request. As your trusted Financial Adviser, we believe we have a Duty of Care to our clients, and as such continually strive to provide the best possible service to you. By entering your contact us information this is stored securely on our encrypted cloud-based storage system for electronic files, and your paper-based information is stored in our temperature-controlled locked room with 24/7/365 camera monitoring. This will be used to make contact with you directly to further establish a connection. You can have access to your personal and private information at any time on request.
